General inquiries
The contact tool prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit the message to a website database or store your form entries. You choose whether to send the email. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox handle the message after you send it.
Personal records
Do not use general inquiries to send medical records, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive records. RRB’s existing systems have separate processes and policies.
Hosting and external links
This site does not add advertising analytics or tracking cookies. The hosting platform may process technical connection information and authentication data needed to serve and protect the site. Following an external link takes you to another provider whose own privacy terms apply.
